Blood: halfblood (even though sh'es been a pureblood forever, but I'm changing it. Deal with it. There are way too many purebloods even though there should be way less, so I'm helping by not being one. And I'm also not sure if that made any sense)

Quidditch position: doesn't play, although she may try out again soon. Beater is her current favorite.

How does your character feel about Slytherins?: She just avoids them and they don't bother her. But if any of them do, she will definitely hold a grudge against the forever. (Which isn't actually all that scary, although she does have a pretty good glare...)
